![]() ![]() Of course, Iron Man is in an almost-unparalleled position of leadership, trust, authority, and even respect within the Marvel Universe, despite how (some) writers and fans treat him at times, so his mistakes and misdeeds, such as they are, do cast a greater shadow than those of many or most other superheroes. ![]() that just about every major superhero (and even some minor ones) in the Marvel Universe has done incredibly cruel, messed-up things at one point or another, even if the context behind those acts would turn them into more necessary evils (at the time) as opposed to cruelty for cruelty's sake, what makes Tony Stark so special? Granted, as a Spider-Man fan, I'm still somewhat sour over Iron Man convincing Spidey to publicly reveal himself, which set the stage for the atrocity that was and is One More Day, but in retrospect, Peter Parker was (and is) also a grown man who could (in-universe) make his own decisions, so. The Civil War stuff has been beaten to death, but what do you guys think about the other things? ![]()
