I had the battery replaced by VW SC 18 months ago, but back then it was just 6th month of ownership when it went kaput! Had the very similar situation this time - it just wouldn't start in the morning, and throws up all warnings & displays, though the headlight will come on when I unlocked. The second one also died within another 18 months, and I changed it to Amaron. The original battery died in about 18 months, which VW replaced under warranty. As a temporary solution I have used some spiral pins to hold it in place. Hi Nish have you found any solution to the headliner sagging problem? I am in the same boat at the moment, my 2013 Jetta's headliner has been sagging progressively since the last 6 months. He is suspecting Wheel Bearing to be the culprit here.Īny estimate of price of the Wheel Bearing. I checked with my tyre guy, he said wheels are good. The tyres were silent, but this sound is becoming more pronounced over time. Off late, I am hearing rumbling noise from Front side. I think it's the glue that holds it to the roof has dried.ģ. The Headliner was good till early this year, but since last 4-5 months it has been sagging. I suspect it's a faulty Wheel Speed Sensor.Ģ. ABS & ESP warning light has surfaced, Braking is as good as before. So, after 17 months, 3 more issues have been discovered.ġ. ![]()
